Backpack Staffers serve as an important link between a leading global NA beverage and their community. As a part of our Backpack Staff team, you’ll be tasked with carrying out sampling activations, both independently and as a team. Your can-do attitude motivates you to explore new opportunities and meet ambitious daily sampling targets. Having an outgoing personality, strong communication skills, and deep knowledge of your city’s culture helps you relate with a wide variety of consumers.

YOUR IMPACT IN THE ROLE:

Execute High-Quality Sampling: Deliver efficient, fast pace product sampling while maintaining meaningful, on-brand consumer interactions.
Support Setup + Breakdown: Assist with daily load-in and load-out, asset setup, and teardown while maintaining a clean, compliant and professional environment.
Monitor Inventory: Track product and asset usage throughout each sampling day and proactively flag needs or issues to your on-site lead.
Deliver a Positive Brand Experience: Represent Heineken 0.0 with professionalism, enthusiasm and approachability while supporting teammates and contributing to a strong team dynamic.
Maintain Safety + Compliance: Consistently follow safety practices, sampling regulations and compliance guidelines across all events and tour activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

Work Background: 1+ years prior brand event, sampling, or related experience, with commitment to program duration.
Entrepreneurial Spirit. Self-driven to complete tasks and proactive to solve issues before they arise.
Time Management. Always arrive on time and follow shift schedules.
Exceptional Communicator: Warm, confident communicator with strong soft skills and the ability to connect with a wide range of consumers.
Compliance Certified: Possess an active TIPS or state-equivalent service certification.
Reliable Transport. Access to a vehicle with required insurance minimums (we'll reimburse for certain work-related mileage).
Availability. Able to work evenings and weekends aligned to highest foot-traffic times.

COMPENSATION

Compensation range for the role is $25-28/hour based on market and experience
